Old West Farms
Home of Registered Nigerian Dwarf Goats
Welcome to Old West Farms, home of beautiful AGS registered Nigerian Dwarf Goats.
We are beyond blessed to live and work on a 46 acre hobby farm in Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee.
Don't know where that is?
Don't worry, nobody really does.
We are located in middle Tennessee about an hour west of Nashville.
After months and months of research on the pefect dairy goat, my husband and I purchase our first NDG in January of 2009 from a well known and reputable breeder; actually we purchased three. Little Wishes Marshal Dillon is our beautiful blue eyed buck, his brother Doc for a companion to him, as well as AGS registered Little Wishes Angel's Dust aka Miss Kiddy.
I chose Olsons Acres Hot Spot for Miss Kiddies first date. A great choice I might add because she had a gorgeous blue eyed doeling affectionately known as Annie.
We are still looking to increase our herd but are being VERY selective to insure we aquire well bred, and correct goats. We will be focusing our breeding first and foremost on great dairy quality, 4H/show quality, and friendly milk producing pets for the homesteader.
As promised:
We have added TWO AWESOME bucks to take our quality up another notch.
Bloodlines include:
ARMCH Rosasharn - Little Tots - Woodhaven
These are excellent show quality lines - Even if you are not interested in showing, your herd will benefit with such a great dairy line.
Our goats are dam raised unless it is medically necessary for us to intervene.
We LOVE our goats, and know you will too.
This is our families homestead and hobby farm.
We rescue many animals and do not over-breed our goats.
We have recently decided to sell some of our kids to help cover the expenses
of maintaining our farm.
If you are looking for a pure bred goat, you will not be disappointed
with one of our Nigerian Dwarf Goats.
They are gentle, affectionate, smart, inquisitive, sociable.
We would love for you to follow our families homesteading blog at

We hope you have a blessed day.
